# Pattern Day Trading

**ข้อควรรู้เกี่ยวกับ Pattern Day Trading ที่สำคัญกับบัญชีของคุณ**

**Day trade (เดย์เทรด)** คือการส่งคำสั่ง ซื้อ 1 ครั้ง และขาย 1 ครั้งในวันเดียวกันจะ**นับเป็น 1 Day trade** สามารถทำได้**สูงสุด 3 Day trade ต่อเนื่องภายใน 5 วันทำการ** 

จากนั้นระบบจะทำการแจ้งเตือน และไม่ให้ท่านซื้อหุ้นในครั้งที่ 4 เพื่อป้องกันการโดนลงโทษจาก Pattern Day Trading ตามข้อกำหนดของ [FINRA ](https://www.finra.org/investors/investing/investment-products/stocks/day-trading)Financial Industry Regulatory Authority เพราะหากไม่ปฎิบัติตามข้อกำหนดจะถูกระงับการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ เป็นเวลา 90 วัน 

หากท่านต้องการ Day trade

ข้อยกเว้นที่สามารถทำการซื้อขายแบบ Day trade ได้ มีดังนี้

**1.ต้องมีเงินในบัญชีอย่างน้อย 25,000 USD**

**2.ไม่ซื้อ-ขายหุ้นตัวเดียวกัน เกิน 3 ครั้ง / วัน ต่อเนื่องภายใน 5 วันทำการ**

**3.มูลค่าของรายการซื้อขายรายวัน ต้องน้อยกว่า 6% ของรายการซื้อขายทั้งหมด ใน 5 วันทำการที่ผ่านมา**

ตัวอย่างการนับจำนวน Day trade 

* หากซื้อหุ้น META และขายออก ในวันเดียวกัน = 1 Day trade
* หากซื้อหุ้น META กับ AAPL และขายออก ในวันเดียวกัน = 2 Day trade
* หากซื้อและขายหุ้น META วันจันทร์ จากนั้น ซื้อและขายหุ้น AAPL วันอังคาร = 2 Day trade ใน 2 วันต่อเนื่อง
* หาก ขายหุ้น META และซื้อกลับ แล้วก็ขายอีกในวันเดียวกัน = 1 Day trade
* หาก ซื้อหุ้น META วันจันทร์ และขายวันอังคารจะ**ไม่นับ**ว่าเป็น Day trade
* หาก ขายหุ้น META และซื้อกลับ ในวันเดียวกัน จะ**ไม่นับ**ว่าเป็น Day trade

ทั้งนี้การนับจำนวน Day trade จะเริ่มนับใหม่ หลังผ่านไป 5 วันทำการ
