What are the Terms of Use?
The Terms of Use constitute a contract between ShopBit and you.
To operate this service smoothly, the rules, precautions, and other rules regarding this service will be noticed in these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you do not have the right to access or use our Services.
If you do register for or otherwise use our Services you shall be deemed to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and your agreement to be a party to this binding contract.
By using any of the Services or maintaining an account with ShopBit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms.
ShopBit can change this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, and if you continue to use any of the Services or keep an account with ShopBit, it will be seen as your acceptance of the change and your agreement to follow its terms.
What is the ShopBit Service?
ShopBit service (hereafter “Service”) is provided by Kor Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Company”). The Company shall offer rewards, earned from the potential of the reward program from Service’s merchant partners (hereafter “Partners”), to ShopBit account holders for purchases made at ShopBit’s merchant partners through ShopBit’s various platforms including but not limited to its website, browser extension and mobile application (hereafter “Platforms”). The Company shall use rewards (please note that all of the rewards are owned by the Company) to put them in one or many assets (hereafter “Assets”) in order to increase the rewards’ value, and give these rewards to users as cashback rewards (hereafter “Bitcoin Rewards”). Users can continuously accumulate Bitcoin Rewards in order to top up its value and make a conversion for more bonuses. However, Bitcoin Rewards value can be both increased or decreased depending on the Assets price as we referenced from real Bitcoin price.
How to use ShopBit?
To use the Service, it requires an account to keep tracking users. Each user may create an account for free create an account on ShopBit.
Some financial information can be used by only one account in the Service including but not limited to a payment account and mobile number. A failure to comply with any terms and conditions, any fraud or abuse to Service or its Partners may result in your account being marked for suspicious activity and possibly suspended or terminated and any Bitcoin Rewards accumulation being canceled. The Company has the right to manage any accounts without notice.
In case there are problematic issues regarding Bitcoin Rewards, users have to notify the Company within 15 business days after the issued transaction. In the event of delayed notifications which happen after the mentioned period, the Company has the right not to correct any issues.
What is Bitcoin Rewards in ShopBit?
The Bitcoin Rewards represents the total amount of all rewards which solely belongs to the Company, but the Company makes a commitment to give rewards to users in the form of Bitcoin Rewards. The value of one Bitcoin Rewards is equal to one USD (U.S. Dollar) and may increase or decrease depending on the actual Bitcoin price.
What do you need to know before earning Bitcoin Rewards?
In order to earn Bitcoin Rewards on purchases made at ShopBit’s merchant partners through ShopBit Platforms, users are required to create and maintain accounts with ShopBit before starting to earn Bitcoin Rewards. Normally, Bitcoin Rewards is earned on net purchase (excluding shipping and handling costs). However, in order to get Bitcoin Rewards, there may be some requirements from each merchant partner. Their requirements include, but not limited to:
Enabled cookies while using the Services and Partners’ platforms
Not using separate tabs or browser while using the Services and Partners’ platforms
Purchasing successfully before session timeout (in Partners’ platforms)
Not engaging in any fraud, dishonesty, or violation of any terms and conditions stipulated by Services and Partners
Also, users can earn Bitcoin Rewards from ShopBit’s partners by converting their reward programs to ShopBit, as indicated in Platforms.
How to earn Bitcoin Rewards?
Users will automatically get Bitcoin Rewards from purchases made through Platforms. However, the earned amount may vary depending on terms, conditions, requirements, implied, promotions of individual partners.
Therefore, users have to read all terms with care. Terms can be changed without notice, the Company will disclaim any and all liability in connection with any misinformation.
In terms of some requirements caused by technical issues to keep tracking information between Services and Partners, it is users’ responsibility to understand terms and requirements of each partner in order to get Bitcoin Rewards.
ShopBit may offer additional Bitcoin Rewards for performing some actions (e.g. join Service’s campaigns or invite friends to use the Service). However, the types and status of that specific Bitcoin Rewards may be different from the normal Bitcoin Rewards. It is users’ responsibility to read all terms and conditions with care in the separate events. Users are prohibited from any suspicious activities (e.g. pay for keywords to keep your referral link on top, post referral link on any platform that does not belong to you) the right to judge suspicious activities belongs only to the Company.
What about Partners’ Policies?
Any purchase from Partners, whether through Services or not, is in charged by and based on Partners’ policies and terms and conditions, including but not limited to applicable return, cancellation, exchange, and shipping policies. Users accept that ShopBit is not an agent of any Partners and they operate independently. All purchasing activities are solely between users and that merchant partners. The Company has no responsibility, liability or commitment for any part, modified, quality, terminated of such correspondence, promotion, Products, Services, including, without limitation from any Partners.
Can Bitcoin Rewards be expired?
Please note that the amount of Bitcoin Rewards in ShopBit may be changed from time to time, with or without prior notice, due to the performance of Assets. ShopBit reserves all rights all the time to add or deduct Bitcoin Rewards in any user’s account if needed. This includes but not limited to the act of correcting the amount of Bitcoin Rewards, confiscating Bitcoin Rewards in any user’s account in which suspicious activities or violation of Agreements founded, or let Bitcoin Reward expired in user’s account which is not active within two years from last transactions on ShopBit.
How to communicate with ShopBit?
Users accept to receive Services’ communication including but not limited to newsletter, promotions, coupons, etc. Otherwise, Users can communicate with the Service by “Contact Us” menu or send email to support@shopbit.app
